One of the biggest challenges while building Amedea was to create a system that could handle different types of users—like Super Admins, Organization Admins, and team members—each with their own roles and responsibilities. We had to make sure every organization could manage their staff, surveys, and activities separately, while the Super Admin could still have control over everything from the top. Another tricky part was generating proper reports using charts, graphs, and tables. These reports were important because they helped organizations understand how their staff was feeling and how well different activities were being performed. To make this work smoothly, we used some paid plugins that allowed us to build clear and easy-to-understand reports inside the app. Designing a user-friendly layout for creating surveys and assigning tasks to specific departments was also something we spent a lot of time on. We wanted to make sure everything felt simple and easy to use for both admins and staff members.
